Family Stuff:

The baby is here! pictures are <a href="http://www.eliteraven.com/photos/listpics.asp?dir=Baby+Lauren+Pictures" target="_blank">here</a> Basically life is now rocking the baby changing the baby and feeding the baby. Laurie has been great staying up most nights taking care of the baby because I have to go to work. She is taking to the whole motherhood thing like a duck to water. However she is pretty tired she is trying to get the baby into a normal time table but she is not quite there yet.

Tech Stuff:

The website is finally functioning with a database backend properly which in geek terms is pretty exciting. It is also now hosted on a new 4U quad processor dell rack mount server with 4 gigs of ram! Insert Tim Allen ARGH ARGH ARGH sound here. Works nicely with the new gigabit network I installed in the house last fall! Now all I need is a better internet connection cablemodem or even better fios..........

Car Stuff:

The 55 Chevy is now in the body shop. I dropped it off and it is going through tear down now. i removed the drive train from the car so the engine compartment could also be painted. She will be midnight blue with flames come the spring time. Needless to say i am very excited. Also working on a bigger small block to put in when it gets back as well. I was given a 350 by my wifes uncle hopefully i have enough $ to ge tthe engine freshened so it can be installedthis spring! The 55 chevy is also getting new brakes! I ordered a new power disc brake conversion kit for the car cant wait to install them. pics of the car can be seen in the photos are of the site.
